Service Description

You and Dr. Crofts will review your health history and talk about current issues that you are suffering from. He will explain the QRA testing technique that he does, will do an exam and discuss the findings as well as a treatment plan with the supplements to help. A $40 deposit with a Credit Card required when scheduling first appointment. This amount will be applied to the first visit price when you come in.
